I can’t log into my Bellsouth email account. I’ve tried everything, but it won’t work. What should I do?There are a few potential reasons why you might not be able to log into your Bellsouth email account. It’s possible that you may have entered your username or password incorrectly, or that your account may have been suspended or canceled. If you’re still having trouble, you can contact Bellsouth customer support for help.
The first step to resolving your problem is to log in to the BellSouth website. If you’re already signed into your Bellsouth email, then go ahead and log in as usual.Once you’re signed into your account, click on “My Account” at the top of their page. This will open up a new window with all of your email settings listed on it. Click on “Change SBC Mail Settings” at the left-hand side of this window, which will take you back out of “My Account” until you have logged out completely (and then re-enter).
You can find the “My Account” tab at the top of the page or you can click on it in the navigation bar. If you’re using a computer, you can also access it by clicking on “My Account” in your footer.Once you’re on the page, you’ll see a list of all your accounts. You can click on any of them to access your current and previous statements for that account.
When you click on the link, you will be prompted for your username and password. Your BellSouth webmail login is the same as your email address, so if it’s not working, try changing it to something different (e.g., gregory@bellsouth.net).Note that passwords are case sensitive—if one person has a “This Is A Test” password and another person has an “ITASA TEST” password, they won’t be able to log in at all!
Once you’ve entered your login information, click “Next Step.”You will be prompted for your username and password. Once you’ve entered these details, click “Next Step.” You will then be taken to a page where you can change your email settings or cancel the process entirely.
In the “Change SBC Mail Settings” window, you will see a list of all your email accounts. You can choose which one you want to change.You may also want to change your password and/or username on this page. If you have multiple email accounts set up for BellSouth and would like them all listed here, then click “Show All” next to “E-mail Accounts.”Once you’ve made all of these changes, click “Submit”.
When you click on “Re-direct my email,” Bellsouth will send you a new password and instructions for logging into your account. You’ll also see a confirmation screen that says:
To confirm your new email address and enter it into Bellsouth, follow these steps:
Click on the “Re-direct” button at the bottom of your email window in order to confirm changes. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to log into your Bellsouth Email account.

If you’re having trouble with your email, there is a way to fix it. You can change your BellSouth email settings so that emails are automatically forwarded to another account. To do this, go to the “Advanced Settings for Email” section of your BellSouth Online account and select the “Forwarding Address” option under the “Email Settings.” Then enter or type in the name and address of an alternate email address or forwarding service that you want all emails sent from BellSouth Online sent to (if using Gmail or Yahoo! Mail).
